I have a TBC-IV and PAR combo working, and I have the TBC-IV software installed, but if I recall correctly, the TBC can be controlled by the PAR software for video capture. I'll take a look later today to make sure, but I believe you only need the TBC-IV software to control the genlock timing and proc amp controls. If you don't need those controls, the PAR software alone should work.

The TBC-IV and the PAR must be connected with a ribbon cable, between the headers on each card. Have you done that? They don't communicate though the bus, so they need that cable.

The TBC-I is incompatible with the PAR.
