Picasso II issue ?

Hello,

I have purchased a Picasso II that I plan to use on a LCD.

The problem is that I get some horizontal parasite, and sometimes some waves on icons and the overall GUI which is annoying.

Someone had this problem ? what can it be ?

Can it be the 3 470uF capacitors ?

I have removed the resistor before using the board.
I tried with another monitor and a different VGA cable.

The result is the same.

Every resolution I use I get the same waves around the GUI and some horizontal lines that scroll up...
