Get an alternate east-coast or northern or central venue that has a great
resort/vacation appeal, and a solid big-screen a/v setup,
and simulcast the ami-west main events (ticketing pricing details
can be dickered) and general floor coverage. Panama city would be
great, as families/presenters can work in a vacation, around the show.
Co-ordinate fed-ex shipping from each location, and have lists and
pics/videos of gear for sale. A roving sales droid could display remote
items of interest on the live feed, while bargaining parties talked the
deal on the phones.
If an Amiga users home town or nearby location fits the bill, it's doable.
