I find those people ranting about Amiga, Inc's "lies" somewhat harsh (understatement). Some claim to have been lied to for decades (which resembles certain mental illnesses). It's common business practice to release information about current or future projects. In the Amiga's case it would be to develop potential sales or to encourage developers to write software for it. Then usually the projects would be scrapped because of lack of interest or resources. This has been going on for a very long time as the computer has gone through a long list of owners. This practice isn't unusual and certainly can't be called lying. Anybody who has been exposed to the computer marketplace for a length of time should be well aware of this.
