Buy an adapter.  They are cheap if you're not on the USD.  Here's an adapter at AmigaKit.

I've got a Dell 1909WX.  I'll have to try it out!

The keywords to look for to get an international TV in the US are "Multisystem TV".  I found this out by some chance Googling.  Once you Google those search terms, you'll find that there are special dealers that can get the PAL/SECAM compatible TV sets in the US.
