I rather doubt it.  The only USB system for the A1200 that I know of is the Subway.

Mostly external hard drives and Flash-based mass storage devices.

If you want a CD-ROM drive, you're better off putting a SATA-to-PATA adapter on a SATA CD-ROM and getting an IDE splitter cable for the hard drive controller.
