I'm using an A1200 and no bus expander. I must admit that I've been using my PC more than my Amiga lately but I won't be putting money into Amiga until AmigaOS 4 comes out. It should be able to take greatest advantage of the newer GFX cards and have all the custom chip dependancies removed.
