Scorched Earth was the PC version.  Scorched Tanks was the Amiga spin-off.  Another good Scorched Earth spin-off is Frontal Assault.  I'll be porting Frontal Assault to the next generation Amigas and PC as soon as Mattathias Basic is ready. :-)
