There are still a few options available for you to run old software. If you have a licence for KickStart 1.3 you can use Relokick or some similar utility to boot from Kickstart 1.3 and try to run ArcticFox from there.
If that doesn't work, download
EUAE and look for the link for 68k version of it. It will be slow but you should be able to emulate the original or enhanced chipsets on your graphics card.
