To UnLHA a file you'll need
LHA on your Amiga. To pack them on your PC use
LHAnt which follows the same command line syntax as the Amiga version of LHA.
To extract an LHA file on the Amiga:
lha x filename.lha drive:path/
Be sure to include that last slash after the path unless you are unpacking to the root directory of a disk becuase in that case the colon will do fine.
