They're waiting for new hardware to be built so it won't be a marketing disaster when they promote it.  For more info about AmigaOS 4 (which is currently up to prerelease 4 for those of us who have AmigaOne series computers) see AmigaWorld.net.

Nowadays the only difference between MUI and the AOS 4.0 implementation of ReAct in terms of appearance is that the skin settings for ReAct are global whereas MUI can have a different skin setting for each application.
