You could build your own since the Amiga serial port uses the correct speed for MIDI interfacing.

There might be better MIDI software but I always used MED Soundstudio instead.  To get the download link for MED Soundstudio join the mailing list at MED_Soundstudio_Amiga-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.

Actually the latest free version of MED Soundstudio is 1.03c and you can get the link to it by emailing the link in my previous post.
