The main reason I got my accelerator card is the memory expansion. 40MHz will do ok but only if you see it for cheap.
Deluxe Paint is good for Anim files but otherwise you could get better results from
Personal Paint as for Brilliance it produces the best HAM8 color on the AGA chipset. ImageFX is an old professional graphics editing package that does special effects.
