You may be able to install them to a CD but to boot from the CD would require you be running on a CDTV or CD32 or A500w/A570 CD-ROM expander.  Most other Amigas boot the CD-ROM filesystem from the hard-drive so you can't boot from the CD-ROM.   :-(

The Amiga Kickstart ROM only supports booting from floppy, PCMCIA card device, hard drive and RAD device.  I think RAD is the one you are looking for.  It is a ram disk that becomes the default boot device on warm reset (control-amiga-amiga keys) You can set up a script to mount RAD: and install the necessary CD-ROM filesystem and execute the file on the CD-ROM.  You may need WHD-Load to install your programs, however.
