The SD Adapter works fine with home brew, emulators, many Beats of Rage Mods, and some   commercial games.  You do need to convert them to sdiso format or download them already converted.  Unfortunately the data transfer rate on the Dreamcast serial port is too slow for most commercial games to run properly in sdiso format, but its still a very cool add on.

I run Quake 3 off SD. It's the only commercial game that gives me better load times from SD as opposed to CD.

Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament both perform very well for me. Marvel vs Capcom does well with the audio ripped from it. Games like Fast Striker and Dux are  very fast loading , but unfortunately their is no CDDA music.
