My 3000T had or have the same issue.
When I turned it on I got stuck on a black screen and I would take forever to get past it.
The boot time would increase over time and now I can't get it to boot any more.
The issue I have found is that the +5v fail on the psu to the motherboard is only delivering 0.19v
When the psu starts to deliver the correct current something happens but it drops it right away and I'm back to the black screen again.
The boot time was about 2min a cuple of month ago and now it's about 15min of it even boots.
