I received the cd disc in a slim jewel case and a red emergency floppy... No instruction sheet with mine.

Mine was from amigakit. There was no box, but it was heat sealed in a transparent plastic bag slightly larger than the jewel case. There was no jewel case insert and the cd was printed with one of those CDR inkjet printers or whatever they're called. This was probably 10 years ago though. Also the red emergency floppy had a black and white printed label on it.

Maybe Commodore were going green, by trying to help save the planet with their skimpy manuals.
