What did you use to stick the sinks on the ram chips?
I use "Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive" to fix  heatsinks, it's permanent but it does the job a lot better then sticky heat pads that some use

I've read that the thermal tape does quite a good job really. Although I haven't tried it myself yet. Positive point about the thermal tape is that it can be removed like you say. I'd be too much of a wimp to use the permenant solution. :nervous:
