The dynamic network setting of Genesis didn't work at all on my system, either. You may try the dhcp-software from aminet. But IMHO it's a lot easier to get along with static IPs. I've made my router 192.168.0.1, my miggy ...0.2 and a Windumb machine ...0.3. Work's fine! BTW:You should disable amiganetfs at all (by deleting the from services in Genesis) for security reasons.
