Hi, lolof!

Maybe all the information was a bit confusing for you. I'll try to sort the important aspects for you: There are two software packages you could use to get your ppc processor accessible for applications: One is the "traditional" PowerUP system, the other one is called WarpOS. Not every application can use either of them and you should install only one of them on your machine. As Acill said, there's an emulation package (thanks to Frank Wille) for the PowerUP functions under WarpOS. It's called ppclibemu and you can find it here: ftp://de.aminet.net/pub/aminet/util/libs/ppclibemu.lha

You should have WarpOS installed before using it.

If you have taken these steps, you should be able to run most of the PPC binaries. BUT: I've had several problems getting an unrar working myself. The only version that worked for me was the UnRAR 3.30 beta 3 from Eugene Roshal (which can be found on Aminet, too). You should find and try different versions if the first one doesn't work on your machine.

Good luck,

Scholle
