Definitely Ultima/western style RPG. Consoles are flooded with great JRPGs, there is really no need for more. But something darker and isometric in the vein of Ultima, Faery Tale Adv. or Ambermoon would be great.

Btw, somebody make a game set in Pagan, the Ultima 8 universe. I love that.
