If you're still having no luck, send it to JJB at Amiga Center France. He's quite skilled in repairing motherboards and accelerators. He changed all the capacitors on my A4000 mobo and upgraded my blizzard 040 to an 060.

Well, not everybody's happy with them (like me). There are better alternatives IMHO.
