Email works fine in most cases, and some basic web browsing is doable, but you'll need a bit of fast RAM, and low expectations
Works better than you'd expect though.
Downloading stuff from aminet is nice and easy.
Poke around for a post script capable printer with a parallel port and you're probably okay for word processing and so forth. Honestly not many advances here since the 90s anyways.
I suppose if you get the wordperfect amiga version, you could export those files to a different machine for printing
