OS4 and classic software?

So lets say I have a machine running OS4
 
I get the urge to play some Turrican 2 and find the adf online
 
Which of the following will happen:
 
A: OS4 will load it in an emulator, like UAE
 
B: OS4 can run it natively, ala WINE on Linux
 
C: OS4 will look confused and wonder why I am playing a game thats 18 years old
 
 
Or something else entirely

How well does UAE work and run on os4 ?
 
Im using it on linux currently.
