It's based on AmiTcp4, right? What are the advantages over AmiTcp3 (GUI doesn't matter)? How much will it cost?

Thanks. I only need a stack for file transfers and some Aminet browsing using a PCMCIA network card, so I think I'll stick to AmiTCP 3.
