Need some expert 3.1/3.9 advice, making custom 3.1 disks

Hi all!

I am going to make myself a set of customized wb 3.1 install disks.
What I plan to do is to make copies of my 3.1 disks, and copy the needed files from the 3.9 CD to add support for big HD's. And then use blizkick to softkick a 3.9 rom image.

What files would I need to copy?
