Unfortunately, the best info I know is on Amibay, which is down right now.. ;-(
I just built a cable for mine..

It's basically 5 wires (my 8200 came with a 6 wire header for RGB).
You need the RGB pins connected.
Then CSYNC (pin 10 on the 23pin I think) and ground..

Once you do that, you have to connect it, and then hold the DOWN button for several seconds.
That part was tricky for me.. I thought I did it, but it didn't work..

Trying it again worked, and it's been good since..

It's possible you have to select the proper mode first, and then hold DOWN.
There were a few things I tried, and that was one of them..

OK, just looked here:
http://old.pinouts.ru/Video/AmigaVideo_pinout.shtml

I used
Code: [Select]
Amiga                             8200
2                RED              RED
3                GREEN         GREEN
4                BLUE            BLUE
10              CSYNC          GREY
16              GND              BLACK

p.s.  ByteRyder beat me to the answer (I edited in my answers as he entered his)  ;-)
I didn't use Yellow.  In fact, I remove it from the header..

Yeah, the down button threw me..  I thought I had tried it, but nothing.
Someone mentioned on Amibay to press it and you'll see a red LED on teh GBS start blinking..
I never saw that..
So I was trying it again, and I didn't think it was working...
Then, I noticed that the red LED was blinking...
A few seconds later, solid picture and it's been good since..  ;-)

Not sure if didn't hold it down long enough the first time or ???
It wasn't like I held down the button and while I was holding, it started blinking.
It was something after I let go...
