The main advantage of the 68010 over a 68000 is that you can "exit" back to Workbench (tm) from WHDLoad with a 68010.
You won't see an inrease in speed (not noticable, it'll still be clocked at 7Mhz regardless of the rating on the CPU) and there will be some compatibility problems...
Not sure if the WHDLOAD slaves help the compatibility problems (as they do with other accelerators).
