You could try writing them back over from the ADF's.
It's possible the disks aren't ruined, just the data is corrupted.

Obviously I can't tell you where those ADFs might be found other than I think Cloanto's Amiga Forever has them?..

But my concern is that maybe it's not your disks...
Both sets being corrupted is possible, but it's also possible your drive is corrupting the disks...

Just throwing that out there..
