For me, it was small biz development stuff. Most of the people I wrote code for were using Quickbasic on a PC, so that's what I was using, but I didn't have a PC at the time. :-) Eventually, I came across Foxbase for DOS. Started converting all the Quickbasic programs to Foxbase and I had to get a PC.
Yes, the Amiga could have done those things, buy the people I was getting paid by didn't have Amiga's.

p.s. I really liked Foxbase tho.. Even after I converted everything to FoxPro for Windows, I really preferred Foxbase for DOS. :-) Actually, I think one of my FoxPro apps is still in production.. Now THAT is scary..
