Virus in Memory ?

Hello.

I have a question.

I have an Amiga500 1.3 kickrom with extra 512KB Ram memory with battery on it.
If i have a Virus in memory, will it stay there even if i shut down my Amiga on Main power button (on the power supply)?

When i'm using VirusX 4.5 it tells me that i have "Australian Parasite Virus" in memory.

VirusX ask me if i whant to removit from memory. I shouse YES. Then i close VirusX and then startit upp agian without rebooting, and its says the same thing again "Australian Parasite Virus" in memory.  

And this abouve i tryed with out my extra 512KB ram installed.

How can i removit with my Amiga500 1.3 kickrom, no HDD ?

The virus is coming from a diskette.
Scan all the disks you were using at the time and clean(un-infect) them.
Once a diskette is uninfected remove it.
If you reboot with a virus in memory it will just write to the diskette.
If you put another diskette in the drive with a virus in memory it will write to it.
It is quite easy to spread a virus to many disks in a single session.

Those Australian Parasite Viruses are the worst, It is so hard to ship them back to NZ.. (Just joshing)

But how do i remove the virus from the diskette? its still there even if a do a cold start off my Amiga ?
VirusX4.5 just ask me to remove it from memory, not from the diskette.

Unfortshunly both VirusX diskette and Workbench disks are infected.

But why can't i remove the virus from the boot sector if i use VirusX ?
