Haven't got it yet. I think mine is shipped from Canada though.

I think Greg has  stated that the US/Canada copies will be in the post Thursday or Friday.

Oh well that's the price you pay for living in the other half of the globe I guess! I must confess cricket bores me to death, couldn't give a rats ar$e who won the ashes, bring on the football... although my team West Ham United aren't doing very well at the moment :-(
