Amiga artist wanted for video project...
« on: May 16, 2012, 12:46:16 AM »
One of the great parts about being an artist is that sometimes you can create something interesting. I'm working on a project and I need some text displayed on a screen, like a file on a fugitive being displayed. Would be green pic, of subject, green text of file printed out.

Would like to feature amiga during this part of the film project. Can anyone do that for/with me? Pm me...

Should have been more clear. Would like shot of amiga, someone pushing buttons on keyboard, screen showing fugitive pic and printout of file under, or next to fugitive pic on screen... The pic and text file I will provide...

Thanks!

Yes I could, but I'm down to just a dedicated emulation computer. I'd prefer to use a real amiga in the shots....

If you can just get a decent tight shot of just fingers or hands of someone typing on the keyboard and moving the mouse, then the amiga on a desk with the monitor off, I can comp in the animation on the screen... Does not need to look too pro and video quality not that big an issue (720x480 mpg or mov?) The shot of the monitor should fill most of the frame, just show mostly monitor.

This is for a portion of the project thats supposed to look kinda grainy, I may even do it in black and white or purposely distort it in post. If I'm not able to get shots like this, I may just do it from stills or something like that through digital wizardry...

The whole sequence is intened to be  30 to 45 seconds, just showing someone typing, (Just fingers, actor never shown) look up see screen, and my fugitive's pic gets displayed with some text info on the screen...

If you anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Would be nice to cameo a real amiga in the project...
Now I really regret getting rid of even my old a500!

Heya,

Actually that might add to the mystery a bit, so a german keyboard is perfect. Could be anywhere in the world then instead of obvious its in the US.

I sent you by email a copy of the fugitive file mock up I had in mind. Hope it works, would LOVE to add a cameo of an amiga in this film project.

On the shots yes pan up, I dk, do a bunch of shots If you can I can pick the ones that work. I suppose in the end I really just need two or three shots (pressing keyboard, moving mouse, looking up at the screen....)
