My guess would be that unless SFS has a program to do some kind of conversion (like NT versions of Windows do to change FAT32 to NTFS) the answer is no.

In any event, before doing something like that you'd be wise to back up all the data first. It might be as well just to mirror the drive somehow (second HD?), reformat it with SFS and then shift your setup back over.
