I DON'T THINK PIONEER IS AN ACRONYM, AND THEREFORE I DOUBT IT SHOULD BE ALL IN CAPITALS LIKE THIS.

I sort of wonder if the laser is bad or not functioning.  It could be the pick-up too.  All ideas and suggestions are appreciated.

Try connecting it to a PC?

Sometimes all capitols are used for emphasis ...Seen any billboards lately?  Also, PIONEER chose to put it that way on the front of the drive.  Given a choice I think I'll go with them.  After what I've seen written here I have to ask if you actually think anyone cares?

I think you should care. Why must your subject line be emphasised? It is no more important than anyone else's. The majority of consumer goods have the company's name in capitals, so I guess we should talk about AMIGAs instead of Amigas. Also, people's general estimation of your IQ will dramatically decrease when they see you needlessly use capital letters. It just looks arrogant.

I care. It hurts my eyes.

And mikeymike already altered one of your subject lines. I don't believe I ever saw 'ANNOYING GRAPHIC' written anywhere in capitals.

Sorry that I don't have any better ideas for your problem. Hope you get it sorted out :-)
