Hmm if it's both Enter keys it sounds like it's not the actual keys but part of the circuitry inside the keyboard, unless it's just a coincidence.
I'd take it apart and see if there's anything obviously wrong with the contact on those keys, after that if you can't find someone to fix it get another broken keyboard (just one with missing keys or something) and make one good keyboard out of the two.
