It's a fairly recent amendment to the T&C, IIRC. It's in eBay's interests, don't forget, to forbid Paypal charges.

As for that Miggy... Wow! :-)

In the spirit of WYSIWYG, I have thus far refused to even charge for postage. :-)

(Or maybe that's just my marketing angle, ha ha.)
