Hello, and welcome to Amiga.org :)
You could use a nullmodem cable serial connection between you miggy (A500 or A1200) to write the adf files back onto floppies with the Amiga Explorer sofware from Cloanto http://www.amigaforever.com/ae/.

Edit : Assuming that you have working WorkBench disk(s).
