3.5 and 3.9 are not included, 3.X is preinstalled (no install medium included).
In addition to this Cloanto has gone to great lengths to make sure that any pending legal issues have been cleared. For instance they've made sure that the OS 3.9 installation does not include Genesis which Haage&Partner never had a license for.
