Congratulations! While I personally don't consider X1000 viable solution I'm sure you will have ton of fun with it.
If you have any spare time could you please try to run a small benchmark for us? Here are the instructions:
- Download AKsack.wav
- Download lame.lha
- Unarchive lame.lha and then run the following command:
lame-398-4/bin/lame.g4-3.98.2 AKsack.wav - Post the result here.
