Snow in Helsinki

Winter is a dark and rainy time in
Helsinki
(southern finland). Or at least it was until recently. Last couple of years have been totally different: The whole city has been literally drowning in snow. Currently we have more than 54cm (23 in) of it.
I decided to take some photos, and here they are:

Amazingly for example public transport works, though with small delays. Personally I prefer this proper winter over the darkness and rain.

Found some stats:
Last time Helsinki had almost as much snow was in 1965 (52 cm).
The all time record of 70cm (27.5 in) is from 1915.
