If no AC power, video output or phone standards are in question, all hw works the same in all countries.
For example B1260 has no such issues, so all boards are identical.
Example of hardware with coutry differences:
- PSUs, generally any item working on AC power (powerplug/voltage issues).
- Modems (phoneplug type, phone standards)
- Genlocks (PAL/NTSC)
- Classic Amigas (PAL/NTSC)
