What he is saying is incorrect.

He has been corrected dozens of times, but he still insist he is right (when he is not).

These chips are not military spec of any kind, just normal BGA ceramic packaging used in a LOT of perfectly normal chips.

What difference do these "Military Spec" PGA ceramic packages have with normal PGA ceramic packages (RC suffix) as explained in MC68030UM section 14?
