Hmmm, actually, this looks like a regular passive PC-on-ISA card, nothing to do with Amiga. It only takes power from the ISA slot.
If so, the systems are 100% separate, the only way to get them to communicate is to use serial link or something similar. Far from bridgeboard...
If you want something like this, you'd actually probably be better off by cramming some VIA EPIA inside the Amiga. :-)
