Yes some zips need zip software that can handle bzip2 compression. Many free zip programs can extract bzip and on dif. OS too.

Uh. zip is zip, bzip2 is bzip2.

Don't call bzip2 files .zip, they should be .bz2

Use real bzip2, it's far less confusing (and all apps should support it natively, without need to support some obscure zip compression method 12).

You can then decompress the files under AmigaOS aswell.
