I suspect that the only way an amiga would help, is if you had a Sybil, catweasel, amax or crossmac and an apple drive, which would allows you to read/write 800k mac disks. I'm assuming that the apple2gs used the same drives as the mac (which are clv instead of the amiga and pc cav) so that you could transfer documents between them.
