I pulled this from my dead 2000.
I remember booting from it once, but I don't see a place for the Hard Drive SCSI ribbon to connect to the board. I only see an IDE port. I'm confused, did I loose a part to this or something?
It looks like the SCSI connector is not populated, there is a label covering most of the word "SCSI" on the right of your picture.
It's not just a case of adding the connector though, you'd need to put in the SCSI chip as well.
From the board marking (5380) it would need one of these
