I have A3000 that is native 68030-25. It runs an Amiga Technologies A3640 rev3.1 that I got for $100. Maybe a little pricey but it was surely worth it for my machine that runs OS3.9 and some basic productivity applications. There are not very good accelerator options anymore from a cost standpoint. Thus I took the low road with the A3640.
