http://www.fluke.com/fluke/usen/Thermal-Imaging/Fluke-Ti50-Series.htm?PID=56188 my Bvision needs no cooling on the ram even at 100Mhz,above 100Mhz their start to get warm,but this is a on going project & will post when heatsink is needed when temperture is too high.
