F'ing dreadful. I worked hard to get over 500 feedback comments, 100% positive on Ebay and people like this just F'it all up.
I would demand a full refund (cost plus postage) and if the seller doesn't agree escalate the claim and let Ebay handle it.
You'll get your money back (and probably get to keep the busted 1010 as well).
